Menna Fitzpatrick

Menna Fitzpatrick is one of Great Britain’s most successful Paralympic alpine skiers, winning multiple Paralympic medals and World Championship titles during her career. Born with congenital retinal degeneration, Menna has limited vision and competed in the visually impaired category alongside her guide skiers.

She made history at the 2018 Winter Paralympics in PyeongChang, where she became the most decorated British athlete of the Games, winning four medals including silver in the slalom and super combined, plus bronze medals in the giant slalom and downhill. Her performances established her as one of the leading figures in British winter sport.

Known for her resilience, determination and fearless approach to racing, Menna has also been a passionate advocate for disability sport and increasing access to skiing for young people. Alongside her athletic success, she has spoken openly about confidence, pressure, mental strength and the challenges of elite competition.
