In this episode, Rob Stewart, our regular Podcast Host, is joined by British Olympian Emily Sarsfield to look at the do's and don'ts for buying your first pair of skis .
Rob talks about your ability level, and being honest about it and making sure you visit a store rather than just buy online.
Are you looking for a piste ski, an all mountain ski or freeride skis? Or maybe something racier?
For piste skis they recommend the likes of the Elan Wingman 88 for a review of this ski, visit here or the Atomic Cloud 9 which is a women's ski.
